  These people distribute Aquaone canisters, I bought one and still in warranty and it was leaking, caused damage to the wood cabinet (also aquaone brand) and the wooden floor swelled, I was advised to take the aquarium canister back to the shop, which I did after spending hours changing various spare parts it still leaked, but guess what at the shop it did not leak. Kongs wont give warranty because it did not leak at the shop. I am not crazy and I took a day off work to take the canister back to where I bought it. I was also advised that the cabinet was not covered by warranty because the canister leaked and caused the damage. I say if you are buying a cabinet that holds a fish tank and filters why would you use compressed particle board instead of real wood, I am not impressed they will talk to you but when it comes to actual warranty forget it, I must be crazy to spend the day running around with Aquaone canister to get warranty for something that does not exist? I am buying a new aquarium filter one cause my wages for the day would have been less than buying a new one but it won't be Aquaone.
